Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Moderator Hubungan antara Work-life Balance dengan Employee Engagement Karyawan Generasi Milenial PT X Jakarta

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja sebagai moderator hubungan antara work-life balance dengan employee engagement PT. X Jakarta yang bergerak di bidang perbankan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. X Jakarta usia 22-42 tahun. Jumlah responden yang didapatkan adalah 71 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan add ons PROCESS oleh Andrew Hayes dan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara work-life balance dengan employee engagement pada karyawan generasi milenial PT X dengan tingkat Pearson Correlation 0,440 (p<0,05) dan R2 sebesar 19,4%. Kepuasan kerja juga memiliki peran dalam memoderasi hubungan antara work-life balance dengan employee engagement ditandai dengan signifikansi p=0,0079 (p<0,05). Maka dari itu, pada hasil penelitian ini kepuasan kerja dapat menguatkan hubungan antara work-life balance dengan employee engagement.
