KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DITINJAU DARI KETERIKATAN KERJA DENGAN PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL BEING SEBAGAI MEDIATOR PADA PADA KARYAWAN PT X
Abstract
Fenomena pengunduran diri besar-besaran terjadi sebagai respon terhadap perubahan yang terjadi selama masa pandemi COVID. Survey yang ditemukan di Indonesia bahwa karyawan tidak puas dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukannya, tidak mempunyai jenjang karir pada perusahaan yang ditempati serta rasio keluarnya karyawan dari organisasi setiap tahunnya ditemukan sangat banyak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini melihat komitmen organisasi ditinjau dari keterikatan kerja dengan psychological well being sebagai mediator pada karyawan PT X. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional multivariat. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu karyawan PT X dengan menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu purposive sampling dengan karyawan yang telah bekerja satu tahun dengan 120 sampel penelitian dengan try out terpakai. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala keterikatan kerja, psychological well being dan komitmen organisasi dengan menggunakan validitas isi aiken’s V, validitas konstruk confirmatory factor analysis, reliabilitas Cronbach alpha. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi mediator modul Medmod dengan bantuan aplikasi software Jamovi 2.3.28. Hasil analisis terdapat
Psychological well being dapat memediatori hubungan keterikatan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebesar 64,3% dengan hasil partial mediation. Hubungan positif antara psychological well being dengan komitmen organisasi. Hubungan positif antara keterikatan kerja dengan psychological well being. Hubungan yang positif antara keterikatan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebesar 35,7%.
